Las Vegas Holidays

Bright lights, big city World-renowned for its casinos and gambling, Las Vegas is the perfect place if you fancy a flutter. With more than 76 casinos set deep inside the labyrinth of magnifi cent hotels which stretch up and down the famous Strip, visitors are spoilt for choice. The themed hotels – which are more like vast resorts than simple hotels – are worth a wander to take in the spectacular décor and fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. The Venetian Resort has its very own indoor waterway complete with gondolas and a replica of Venice’s famous Rialto Bridge. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the Strip then head pool side to cool down and sip a cocktail, or try one of the many golf courses on offer.

At every turn, there’s something magical, surreal or just downright jawdropping, whether it’s the pyramids of Egypt, the Eiffel Tower, erupting volcanoes or nostalgic Americana (only the latter is real!). Walk the famous Strip revelling in the sights and enjoying the year-round sunshine. Or take a tour out into the surrounding landscapes to see the Grand Canyon, one of the natural wonders of the world, returning to relax by the hotel pool. At night, the city is illuminated by the largest light show on earth as millions of neon bulbs announce the show that is Vegas’ nightlife. The air crackles with a unique excitement and exhilaration. This is the time to enjoy some of the best nightly entertainment in the world, with incredible shows, superb food and drink, and high-rolling casinos

People from all over the world flock to this entertainment capital to experience musical, theatrical, comedy and circus performances. Whether your tastes are traditional or contemporary, there is something to please everyone – from extravagant showgirl revues to classic lounge crooners; from chart-topping artists to breathtaking visual spectacles. Some of the greatest magicians in the business can be found here and comedy geniuses have been making people laugh for decades. Don’t forget the tribute acts – there’s more to Vegas than Elvis impersonators! The Rat Pack that made Las Vegas famous are regularly paid tribute to at casinos and theatres across the city.
